Card for mum.

This card i made for my mums birthday.

I used a light purplish blue as backing paper. The smallest fold on the right i used the same paper but cut out the rose an leafs which give the look of them travelling up the card.
On the left side i found some paper with butterflies on and cut them out an dotted them around on the card and flicked the wings up. I also cut out the white rose from a different paper on the left, i placed it on top of a rose that was already on the background paper.
The rose on the left at the top i made using polymer clay in the same way i did with the feet on the baby card bellow.

My first post.

Here is one of my favourite cards i have made. I thought it would be nice to share with you all an get some ideas.

This is a new baby card i made in august 2011 for a friend who had given birth to a beautiful little boy. I made the little feet walking up the card using a silicone mold i purchased on eBay and some polymer clay. They turned out really well an have great detail. The edges of the feet were abit rough so i just cut the excesses away using a scalpel knife and sanded them down so they were nice and smooth.
